He served as Executive Director at Oxford Group, where he led strategic internationalization projects and new business development, connecting companies to global markets. Currently, he is the Executive Director of Oxford Minerals, a company focused on commodity exports, further consolidating his expertise in the sector.

Specialist in prospecting and opening international markets, negotiation, marketing, logistics, technical standards, and business expansion. Experienced in Competitive and Commercial Intelligence, market research, and advocating for Brazilian companies in international negotiations.

Representative of FIEMG in trade agreements and technical barriers, with solid experience working with governmental and international organizations. Over 20 years as a professor at renowned universities, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Osmar is an executive with over 40 years of experience in people and business management. A former IBM executive for 30 years, he held various managerial positions, including Territory Manager, Regional Manager, Country Channel Manager (Brazil), Business Unit Executive, Executive Services Brazil, Business Director for Latin America, and Director of Global New Business, based in New York.

Osmar's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master's in Coaching from Florida Christian University (USA), and a specialization in Business from Churchill College, Cambridge University (UK), among others.
