PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for services is due before the activation of any advertising service. Business Broker, Agent, Consultant, and other Directory membership accounts/listings are considered subscriptions and will be billed on an ongoing basis according to the selected billing plan.
Kepler International LLC is not obligated to refund any payments for services once they have been activated or implemented.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Kepler International LLC may pay commissions in the form of referral fees to organizations that refer business to us. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that we have disclosed these financial agreements.
In certain cases, Kepler International LLC may receive royalties, commissions, or marketing contributions from third-party vendors to whom we refer clients. Kepler International LLC does not accept liability or responsibility for third-party services and does not endorse or assume responsibility for any content, advertising, products, or services from third parties.
